AerCare Terms of Service & Privacy Policies

1. Introduction

Welcome to AerCare. By using our concierge delivery services, you agree to the following terms. AerCare provides premium, white-glove delivery services exclusively within Los Angeles.

2. Membership & Service Access

  • AerCare offers tiered membership programs (Monthly Concierge, Executive, Elite).

  • Membership entitles clients to a set number of deliveries, as outlined in your plan.

  • Memberships are billed monthly and may include optional add-ons.

  • High-value or VIP clients may require signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before services commence.

3. Payment Terms

  • Membership fees are charged via Stripe or another approved payment platform.

  • Clients must ensure payment methods are valid.

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service until resolved.

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of AerCare.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All client information, delivery details, and sensitive materials are confidential.

  • Drivers are vetted, trained, and contractually obligated to maintain privacy.

  • AerCare may require NDAs for high-value, sensitive, or VIP deliveries.

  • Data collected during the course of service is used solely for fulfilling delivery obligations.

5. Driver Obligations & Standards

  • Drivers must adhere to all AerCare operational, confidentiality, and service standards.

  • Drivers are subcontractors or 1099 independent contractors.

  • Drivers are required to maintain valid licenses, insurance, and adhere to local laws.

  • Drivers are prohibited from disclosing client information or taking photographs of deliveries.

6. Delivery Terms & Limitations

  • AerCare is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, client unavailability).

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate addresses and special instructions.

  • For high-value deliveries, proof of receipt may be required.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Requests to cancel or reschedule must be communicated directly to AerCare via our designated channels.

  • Same-day cancellations or reschedules may incur fees depending on membership tier.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • AerCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the delivery in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

  • Any disputes will be resolved under California jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance

  • By booking a delivery or signing up for a membership, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
